Thanks to a dear cousin of mine for posting her recipe, I found my favorite mid day snack lately!
Ok actually, let me be honest and say that I sneak this "cookie dough" for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert!

My kids and husband love it! My poor kids are convinced THIS is real cookie dough - Ha!
To me, it's seriously just as good as the real thing!
Just wayyy healthier version ;)
It takes about 3 minutes to throw together and I can't get enough!
If you love peanut butter - you will LOVE these!
RECIPE:
1 c oats
1 scoop protein powder ( I do vanilla but chocolate works too! )
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c Honey ( I just add honey as needed and don't always do the whole 1/3 cup )
Handful of chocolate chips
Mix all together and waaalaa! Refrigerate the extra - it firms up when it's cold!
** We get our protein from Costco in bulk - it's my favorite and the best tasting protein powder I've found!
Side note that I have a big obsession with apples and one of my favorite things is to have this on apple slices every afternoon :) ^^
