We immediately went to Tommy Bahama for lunch/dinner.

We have one here at our mall in The Woodlands but had never tried it!
That night was a project keeping everyone up until 9 o clock (2 in the morning Houston time)..
But we got adjusted quickly and it was perfect!
My mother in law got me about 3 bags of these...

Breakfast at the hotel might have been one of my favorite parts (besides the daily ice cream and shaved ice) This right here was probably the most expensive bowl of cereal I have ever eaten.

The course was absolutely stunning. Right on the beach.
