We took a catamaran along the Napali Coast.  It was absolutely STUNNING.
I fell in love with this place on our honeymoon,
and it is Aaron's families favorite place to come visit.
There were dolphins everywhere! Swimming along side our boat.
We were in the front for most of it, but moved to the back when it got really windy and the waves got pretty big. My inlaws were afraid for my pregnant self.
It looks fake it's so beautiful!!
 SO pretty.
Aaron held me so tight the whole time. The boat was so rocking so hard with the wind,
and we were not going slow!
The Napali Coast is one of my favorite places on earth!

This hotel had a little slide from pool to pool too!

Beach Lovin:)
Dear Yucky stuff that I had to chug down this morning... You have made me sick all day.
I had my 28 week appointment this morning! (I know my blog is a little behind! I am getting caught up!)
P.S. 28 weeks means 3rd trimester!!! almost there!!! yayy!!!!
If you haven't noticed from previous posts, I have a very very very sensitive stomach.  The fasting combined with chugging this without food or water to keep it down, plus the 5 tubes of blood drawn did NOT sit well with my tummy.  On the positive side.. Because of you yucky sugar stuff, I got to hear my baby's heartbeat this morning. Which makes me the happiest girl in the world.

I look happy in this picture with my empty bottle of stuff. But what you don't know is that there were no smiles after that stuff. It was all I could do to keep it down getting to the doctors office.

Dear Hawaii- I miss you!!

Dear baby bump! you hurt these days! It's because you are doubling in size and stretching.. which is good, but so uncomfortable! You make me so tired these days.

Dear Hubby.. I am sorry for the wet willie I gave you today at work. hahaha Good thing you love me unconditionally.

Dear little one.. Mommy and Daddy are going to pick your crib out this weekend. I know you are probably saying "ABOUT TIME!"
Also... You poor thing... You had your first episode of HICCUPS last night (at least the first that I have felt and noticed) I felt so bad for you, having hiccups for 10 minutes straight is no fun! Daddy kept telling you to turn upside down and drink water. (p.s. What the!? who does that!? I guess everyone has their own ways of getting rid of them, my husband just has weird ways)
Anyways we love you and are counting down the days until we get to hold you and kiss you a billion and one times.

Dear Running... I had to drag my husband out the door for a 5.5 mile run with me yesterday because I knew I couldn't do it alone. It almost killed me.. My joints and extra baby weight just don't like you anymore!

Dear NBA playoffs... I was a little out of the loop and didn't realize that my husband had been longing to watch you. He's just such a sweetheart and wants to do whatever his pregnant wife wants to do (watch "Love in the Wild", bachelorette, E news, go on a walk at 10:30 PM, rub her feet, eat candy with me at 11:00 PM, go on a 6 mile run etc...) I noticed he was checking his phone a lot at night this week, poor kid.. Little did I know it was for the game stats and scores.  Finally 2 days ago he asks me if he can check the score. I felt terrible. He never said anything! (he falls asleep to sports center every night but I am always asleep before him, so at least he was getting the highlights) So last night we watched the whole entire game.

Dear family.. I am counting down the days until we fly to Utah for 2 weeks! I have missed you!!!!

Ok this is just a random interesting fact. I am a nutrition nerd and get lots of health emails to my phone.. and today I got probably the best one out there because I am a dessert fanatic. Top 5 best dessert options at fast food restaurants!

#1. McDonald's Vanilla Reduced Fat Ice Cream Cone
150 calories, 3.5g fat, 2g saturated fat
With their velvety vanilla flavor, McDonald's perfectly sized cones don't taste like they're made with reduced-fat ice cream -- but thank goodness they are!

#2. Taco Bell Cinnamon Twists
160 calories, 5g fat, 1g saturated fat
The airy puffed corn underneath all the cinnamon and sugar makes this treat guilt-free.

#3. Wendy's Jr. Frosty
160 calories, 4g fat, 2.5g saturated fat
Thicker than a milk shake but thinner than a sundae, the four-ounce Jr. Frosty packs plenty of satisfaction into a quarter-pint cup.

#4.KFC Lil' Bucket Strawberry Shortcake
200 calories, 6g fat, 4g saturated fat
With significantly fewer calories than most other KFC desserts, this is one sweet find.

#5. Pizza Hut Cherry Dessert Pizza
1 slice, 240 calories,3.5g fat, 0.5g saturated fat
It's not as virtuous as a bowl of cherries, but Pizza Hut's dessert pie has half the calories and less than a quarter of the fat of homemade cherry pie.

So if you are ever out and need a treat- which is me 99% of the time... there you go!

Dear Friday.. You are my favorite day of the week! Friday means date night and cuddling up with the hubs, eating treats, and starting the weekend.
xoxo
Happy weekend everyone!
Golf Day in Kauai!
Tiger Woods has won multiple tournaments at this course,
so his pictures took over all the walls.
My husband was in heaven.
The cute golfers
Intense..
So pretty.
The course, just like the one in Maui was right on the ocean.
It was stunning!

Look what my inlaws got me.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
I crave it just looking at it again.
This was right by our hotel..
We decided to go on a hike.. Which turned into 3 miles of climbing rocks along the beach.
It was so beautiful!
My father in law found a random cave!
so cool!
How cute are they!?
HELLO baby bump!
We hiked in the Waimea Canyon,
and I think it was the prettiest thing I have ever seen.
It was scary to look down. The cliffs just dropped.

So beautiful.
Just a pretty little waterfall.
and a random kid on a rock.
I had never noticed my back being achey until this hike.
I was only like a 4 mile hike but going up the step dirt really did it.
The baby made me exhausted climbing.
Sunset walk on the beach...:)

The beautiful hotel! + baby bump!
ANDDDD karina has a pregnancy moment.
You know the showers that you wash the sand off your feet with?
Well there is a bottom button that turns on the feet shower and a top button that
turns on the full on shower.
Well being me, I push the top one,
It scared me to death and soaked me.
I got all wet and chilled,
hence the sweatshirt in the next picture.
And now..for the grand finale of part 4-
the shave ice the size of my FACE.
LITERALLY.
I wish you could have seen my face when she gave it to me.
It was like Christmas morning.
You better believe that more than half of that was mango flavored.
After 30 minutes of eating ice and sugar..... hahahaha look at all the napkins.
I finally had to stop.
The sugar overtook my body, and Aaron and my mother in law finished it up.
I have never seen something so big.
We were like 2 little kids chowing down. my in laws were cracking up.
I told my in laws it was the best $4.75 they ever spent on me.

xoxo
