After 4 days of bliss in Maui, my family flew to Oahu and stayed at Disney Aulani.
Considering how much my family loves Disney - we were all in heaven.
Characters were constantly walking the pool grounds.
Breakfast with Mickey and pals.
And you got 2 free Disney movie rentals a day that we took full advantage of!
Ryan was in heaven and to this day still asks to go see "Mickey Mouse" - he loved him so much!

The hotel design and architecture is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I'm not way into stuff like that, but this hotel blew my mind!

How can you not be happy eating this for breakfast!?

One of the best parts of the hotel was the unlimited DOLE WHIP!
Oh my gosh I am craving a big cup of Dole Whip!
Instead of driving way out to the Dole plantation to get dole whip, Disney had their own self serve.
All you could get in a cup for 4 dollars HA.
Disney, you do everything right.

Tube slide heaven.

Splash Pad heaven.
( Disney's resort is COMPLETELY geared towards kids! - I'm pretty sure no pool is more than 4 feet deep and kids are treated like royalty! If you have kids - I would highly RECOMMEND this resort! - or if you are just crazy Disney fanatics like we are… HA )

Notice the kid's "water playground" behind Goofy.
Kid HEAVEN.

Snorkel heaven. I spy with my little eye - Mickey Mouse ears ^^ See it!?

My dad and brothers decided to have a contest on who could climb the highest on the tree - pretty sweet.
( Looking back at photos, I don't know what happened to my husband during this competition HA )

My littlest brother was determined to be Tarzan and climb to the top.

Luau, Disney Style.

Late night "Hula Pie" run. I am still dreaming of this.
If you go to Hawaii, PLEASE eat this for me!!

And again, Hawaii I am such a sucker for your dreamy sunsets!!

"Mothers hold our hands for a little while, but hold our hearts forever"

Being a mommy is truly the greatest blessing.
I thank my Father in Heaven every day for this full time job of mine!

Ryan woke me up Sunday morning with "Happy Mother's Day Mommy, I wuv you"

My heart melted.

My husband had to have worked with him on that line for a few days! HA he mastered it!
Thanks to my husband's ( ridiculously romantic ) spoiling and my baby's loving, I cried lots of happy tears on Sunday.
So so grateful.

To ALL ladies out there, mom's or not - Happy Mother's Day!!
I hope you all got pampered because you deserve it!

Just beyond excited I get to be a mommy to 2 in 20 short weeks.

A few things from the weekend -

- My mother-in-law and I went and saw "The Age of Adaline" over the weekend together - OH MY GOSH.
We loved it so much. Blake Lively is so SO stunning.

- Houston is so green it looks fake. ( Shows in the photos above! ) It's SO gorgeous. However, it has turned into a jungle and rains CONSTANTLY.
It rains almost every day with HEAVY HEAVY thunderstorms. Some days I feel like our house is going to get struck by lightening. If you have never experienced a Texas thunderstorm - it should be on your bucket list - CRAZY! Ryan is so used to it, the death sounding thunder doesn't even phase him anymore HA
We sing "Rain, rain go away" multiple times a day because all Ryan wants to do these days is go to the park. HA

- Ryan is completely potty trained. YAYY!!! IT IS DO-ABLE mammas!! Last week was a little rough but oh so worth it! I'm so dang proud of him.

- My in-laws now live about 40 minutes away from us ( we used to be right down the street from them but we built a home one direction and they built a home the other direction putting us a little further apart ) so we stayed at their house this weekend.
My mother - in - law has this darling little bunk room for grandkid / s and future grandkids, and Ryan wanted to sleep in one of the beds. He slept in his FIRST big boy bed EVER over the weekend! - HUGE step considering he has only ever slept in a crib! HA

I had to get a picture when he woke up Saturday morning so happy! ^ My baby!

- Mom's if you are at the mall - go to Nordstroms kid's department and ask for a free balloon.
Ryan's favorite part about the mall is coming home with a balloon HA.
Also - Gap has THE BEST baby and kid's PJ's! Not sponsored to say that but it's always been my absolute favorite place to buy jammie's since he was a baby!
We found these little "chick magnet" ones about 2 weeks ago - I am in love with them!
Why can't adult Jammie's be this cool!?

- ALSO, ONE more day to enter the $100 Dollar Rikshaw Design giveaway!
Cute cute clothes you don't want to miss out!

Happy Tuesday! XO
