Fall Decor and the most perfect Zucchini Bread recipe

With the first day of fall being TOMORROW,
I figured we all needed to make some Zucchini Bread and get in the spirit with a little fall decor inspiration.

This bread is one of my fam's favorite recipes!
It's almost TOO simple and takes about 10 minutes to throw together.

Step 1: Get your Zucchini.
The nicest neighbor of my parents brought over some from his garden... OH MY GOSH.
They were huge!

Step 2: Peel your zucchini

Step 3: Chop zucchini (you need 2 cups of grated zucchini)

Step 4: Get your ingredients. Follow the recipe.

2 Cups Sugar

1 Cup Oil (we did half applesauce, half oil just to be healthier HA)

3 Beaten Eggs (my family is likes to use egg beaters - again ha less fat)

2 Cups Grated Zucchini

3 Tablespoons Vanilla

 3 Cups Flour

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Baking Soda

3 Tablespoons Cinnamon

1/4 Tablespoon Baking Powder

Chocolate Chips (optional- but SO GOOD)

Step 5: Combine ALL ingredients in mixer - doesn't matter the order just throw it all in.

Step 6: Makes two loaves.
Get your two pans - I would suggest to put parchement paper or pam and then some flour to keep it from sticking.

Step 7: Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes and WAHHHH LA!

So moist and so wonderful!

Happy Baking!
Goodness, I'm addicted to this stuff!

Fall decor found at Pottery Barn and Home Goods.
I LOVE the combo of silver and gold pumpkins with added orange pumpkins, candles, and some fall garlin.

**( FYI: My mom had already bought her silver pumpkins and mercury candle sticks at Pottery Barn last year and went to Home Goods this year to find the SAME exact silver pumpkins and candles as Pottery Barn more than half off the price - if you can catch the deal, Home Goods is AMAZING :)

P.S. Make sure to follow me on Instagram,
I have a pretty sweet giveaway starting tomorrow night to celebrate FALL that you will definitely want to enter!

Make sure to come check it out!!
