Mother's Day 2015.

"Mothers hold our hands for a little while, but hold our hearts forever"

Being a mommy is truly the greatest blessing.
I thank my Father in Heaven every day for this full time job of mine!

Ryan woke me up Sunday morning with "Happy Mother's Day Mommy, I wuv you"

My heart melted.

My husband had to have worked with him on that line for a few days! HA he mastered it!
Thanks to my husband's ( ridiculously romantic ) spoiling and my baby's loving, I cried lots of happy tears on Sunday.
So so grateful.

To ALL ladies out there, mom's or not - Happy Mother's Day!!
I hope you all got pampered because you deserve it!

Just beyond excited I get to be a mommy to 2 in 20 short weeks.

A few things from the weekend -

- My mother-in-law and I went and saw "The Age of Adaline" over the weekend together - OH MY GOSH.
We loved it so much. Blake Lively is so SO stunning.

- Houston is so green it looks fake. ( Shows in the photos above! ) It's SO gorgeous. However, it has turned into a jungle and rains CONSTANTLY.
It rains almost every day with HEAVY HEAVY thunderstorms. Some days I feel like our house is going to get struck by lightening. If you have never experienced a Texas thunderstorm - it should be on your bucket list - CRAZY! Ryan is so used to it, the death sounding thunder doesn't even phase him anymore HA
We sing "Rain, rain go away" multiple times a day because all Ryan wants to do these days is go to the park. HA

- Ryan is completely potty trained. YAYY!!! IT IS DO-ABLE mammas!! Last week was a little rough but oh so worth it! I'm so dang proud of him.

- My in-laws now live about 40 minutes away from us ( we used to be right down the street from them but we built a home one direction and they built a home the other direction putting us a little further apart ) so we stayed at their house this weekend.
My mother - in - law has this darling little bunk room for grandkid / s and future grandkids, and Ryan wanted to sleep in one of the beds. He slept in his FIRST big boy bed EVER over the weekend! - HUGE step considering he has only ever slept in a crib! HA

I had to get a picture when he woke up Saturday morning so happy! ^ My baby!

- Mom's if you are at the mall - go to Nordstroms kid's department and ask for a free balloon.
Ryan's favorite part about the mall is coming home with a balloon HA.
Also - Gap has THE BEST baby and kid's PJ's! Not sponsored to say that but it's always been my absolute favorite place to buy jammie's since he was a baby!
We found these little "chick magnet" ones about 2 weeks ago - I am in love with them!
Why can't adult Jammie's be this cool!?

- ALSO, ONE more day to enter the $100 Dollar Rikshaw Design giveaway!
Cute cute clothes you don't want to miss out!

Happy Tuesday! XO
