Week 19.

What is a picture without Herbert - ( our giraffe ) I am thinking that I should include him in all belly pictures from now on. ( my husband and Ry have named all the animals in our house HA )

How Far!? - 19 weeks and 4 days

How big is baby: Guys, You have no idea how happy it made me to see my weekly pregnancy update email come through and see that my baby is The size of a MANGO! As soon as I read "mango" I started jumping up and down calling for my husband - he thought something was wrong but no, it was just me jumping because I just couldn't contain my excitement of having a mango sized baby.
Gosh I love mangos so much, my mouth salivates just thinking about a really really ripe perfect mango. Seriously. Obsessed is an understatement. When I was pregnant with Ryan I had to have one EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Weight Gain: 6 pounds ish. We don't have a working scale but that's what it was at my doctor check up HA. I prefer to stay away from the scale during pregnancy. My motto : Work out, feel good, and eat semi good (during the week- splurge the weekends) and fulfill your unhealthy cravings every now and again. You will gain all healthy weight needed for baby :)

Craving: haven't really craved sweet things until this week! The past few weeks my cravings have been more geared towards thing like french fries ( that I have mastered baking at home because I would have gained 15 pounds by now if I had gone fast food to get french fries every time I craved them HA ) So I am now craving Oatmeal chocolate chips cookies (which we totally made last week) peach-o's and cereal. Almost every night this week I had Captain Crunch for dessert. Awesome.

Gender: We find out the 19th of May! AHHH! Still semi convinced it's another boy but this week Ryan says we are having a "Grrrill". HA I have waited and waited to buy Ry a big boy bed until we find out what we are having. ( Yes, he is still in a crib! (( Which will be the new baby's crib when Ryan finally retires )) - So terrible I still have him stuck in that crib for so long!! HA oh well, he loves it and I guess I was just trying to delay the fact he is growing up! )
If it is another boy, I want to do something really really fun with Ryan's new room so they can have the option to share a room when the baby is old enough to do so - I have two beds picked out that I LOVE from PBK that have been in my "shopping cart for a few months" online HA PBK keeps emailing me saying that I have an unfinished order… So if it's a girl, I buy bed A for Ryan. If it's a boy, we go to bed B. ( option to share room bed :)

Random: We have a boy's name and a girl's name already chosen ( at least pretty sure ) ha so either way, we are SO ready for this baby!

Feeling: So good! Besides the awkward stage of clothing ( not fitting into snugger normal clothes, and maternity clothes a little too big ) everything is perfect. I am able to work out every day and I am so grateful for that! - ALSO, I had to wait my first MONTH to have a doctors appointment. Up until this last appointment I had been going in weekly or every other week for blood etc. since week 4 of pregnancy but now we are officially on the NORMAL track! So happy everything is so healthy but also miss seeing my sweet babe every now and again! - A month is A LONG TIME between appointments!

Here's to one more week of calling this babe an "IT"! Next week I can actually refer to it as a he or she!! YAYYY!!

    1. GAHH! thank you sweet lady! You are so kind. It is "Ralph Lauren!" I found it at Macy's - not maternity! I have had it since last fall and it's so stretchy and comfy! I love it! XO

  2. So so excited for your little family!! You look beautiful 😉 I'm going to go with a sweet little girl since you were more sick this time around just like I was with our sweet daughter! Our son made it a lot easier on me but he's making up for it with how active & creative he is these days haha!!

  13. You look amazing, little mama! I can't wait to find out if you're having a boy or girl. & don't worry about the whole pottery barn thing. Kevin and I want to give Harper a sibling like yesterday so I may or may not have already planned out a new nursery for a boy, girl, and even possibly twins despite that I'm not even pregnant yet. Kevin thinks I'm crazy but decorating rooms for little ones is too hard not to get excited about :P

  15. Mia's still in her crib!! And I admit that I'm a little sad to phase her out in the next few months!! At least you're ahead of me with the potty training, ha ha! I've decided I'm just gonna let Mia teach herself how to do that one... hopefully she figures it out before kindergarten! ;) ha ha!
I'm DYING to find out what you're having! So sooooooo excited!
