My dad lived in Milan, Italy for 2 years while serving an LDS church mission.
While living there he fell in love with Italian food (seriously, how could you not) and 25 years later decided to put a pizza oven in their basement to cook us kiddos the real thing.
Genius daddio.

Because we were first timers at the pizza oven, we made just simple white pizza dough,
but now that we are "experienced", I'm excited to try my favorite healthy wheat pizza dough!
Once the oven hits 700 degrees you stick that pizza in and 2 MINUTES later (yes literally 2 minutes)
WAAA LA!
Ha trial run pizza- don't judge. But it tasted incredible.
After a couple 'You Tube' videos of watching Italian men cooking pizza,
my dad was a pro.
Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, this takes my pizza obsession to a whole new level.
Because of the parade, we were able to get beautiful photographs of their home from photographers,
so in the next few posts, certain photos will have a "Photo credit" at the bottom of the photo if it was not taken by me :)
Are we able to get the password to look at Cristis beautiful pictures of your parents home? I am obsessed with the pictures of their home! It is just SO beautiful.
